President-elect
Support AASE’s strategic direction and prepare to serve as President in Year 2.
The Association of Academic Support Educators is looking for engaged, committed, and outspoken leaders who can continue the work of AASE. We cannot thrive on legacy alone. We need new voices and new talents to continue the strong trajectory that our predecessors have begun.
The call for nominations/applications is now open for the following offices. All elected officer roles are functionally a two-year term (Year 1 in the elect role; Year 2 in the primary role). The Chief Diversity Officer is also a two-year role (no-elect position).
Support AASE’s strategic direction and prepare to serve as President in Year 2.
Help steward resources and financial planning; transition into Treasurer in Year 2.
Support governance documentation and Board operations; transition into Secretary in Year 2.
Advance inclusion and belonging across AASE initiatives, programming, and leadership.
Do you know someone with strong organizational skills, visionary and vocal leadership qualities, the ability to make sound decisions, the time available to serve, and a desire to work with a group of the most fabulous professionals in legal education? If this describes you (or an AASE member you know), please consider submitting a nomination.
AASE elected officers manage the resources and programming of our organization. Your Board service will directly impact a community that supports and encourages the scholarly exchange of ideas devoted to improving legal education and the status of academic support professionals.
