Tuesday • The High Stakes Social — AASE Tuesday Game Night

May 19, 2026 • Embassy Suites • 6:00–9:00 p.m.

After our first full day of sessions on campus, join us for a safe, fun, and high-energy mixer. No real gambling here, just real fun and friendly competition. We’ll have food, prize giveaways, great atmosphere, and plenty of chances to connect with colleagues.

  • Hotel Happy Hour: Embassy Suites guests receive 2 drinks during the complimentary happy hour, 5:30–7:00 p.m.
  • Learn-to-Play Tables: 2 Roulette, 2 Craps, and 4 Blackjack tables—each staffed with professional dealers and event staff.
  • No money changes hands, but there will be lots of prizes for lucky players!
  • Dine-arounds & off-site options supported for those wanting to explore.
  • High Stakes. Big Impact. Bigger Fun.
AASE Game Night
Alternative Evening Option — On or Near the Strip

In addition to the High Stakes Social, an alternative evening option will run concurrently on or near the Strip for attendees who want to experience more of Las Vegas’s restaurants and nightlife. Details and sign-up information for this concurrent option will be posted as plans are finalized.

Wednesday • The National Museum of Organized Crime and Law Enforcement (Mob Museum) & Fremont Street Experience

Departures to Downtown Las Vegas

  • 6:30 p.m. — Departure from Embassy Suites
  • Depart as they fill
  • Approx. travel time: 15–20 minutes

Returns to the Hotel

  • 9:30 p.m. — Return shuttles begin (as they fill)
  • 10:30 p.m. — Last bus departs (full or empty)
  • Ride-share welcome anytime

The Underground Speakeasy — Private for AASE

Slip behind the password into a Prohibition-era hideaway with a hand-crafted cocktail bar and live-music vibe—an immersive throwback lined with 1920s artifacts. AASE has the Underground all to ourselves for the night. Specialty drinks and beer will be available using the AASE-provided drink tickets.

Historic Courtroom — Private for AASE

Walk into the landmark chamber tied to the Kefauver hearings—where the story of organized crime and America’s response came to life. We’ll have exclusive access for AASE programming inside this iconic room. Unlimited soft drinks will be available here.

Crime Lab; Hands-on Forensics — Private for AASE

Explore CSI techniques! Fingerprints, DNA profiling, ballistics, and more in a mediated experience that starts every 30 minutes. We’ve reserved rolling groups starting from 7:00 p.m. and the last group of the night starts at 9:30 p.m.; capacity is 15 participants per time slot and it’s included for AASE attendees.

Crime Lab — Mob Museum
Fremont Street Experience — On Your Own (Steps Away)

Once at the museum, you’re just a short walk to the Fremont Street Experience, world famous neon-lit promenade with overhead light shows, live music, street performers, zipline, classic casinos, and great people-watching. This portion is unstructured: explore at your own pace, then head back on our return shuttles.
