Great suggestions! If I may add, I have two more that I believe there are helpful: 1. Use a SMS system to reach your students via text message. While we need to train them to read emails, the fact is they don't read emails.

2. Segment your students and personalize your communications. The SMS systems allow you to add a field with the name, the same way that "Mail Merge" does with Outlook. When you segment your students well, you can reach a big audience with a message that feels personalized with one click. Example on point: all student who missed an event or did not submit an assignments will receive an email or text that says: Hi [name], I noticed you.... This was a game changer for me and my team.

If your school has Microsoft 360, I recommend using their products: Booking and the Forms because the integration will make your life easier and create a record you may need later to show engagement :). I also recommend using SharePoint to create a page that allows you to share easily calendars, recordings, documents, forms, etc.
